Recommended Dishes :Recommended are shabu-shabu courses (¥5,600-¥9,500) that include 2 appetizers, meat, vegetables and soba or rice. Just off the main streets of Ginza, Chura-Shabu-Tei boasts 6 different kinds of Okinawan pork (rump and belly cuts) that are succulent, juicy and delicious. A la carte selections include Okinawa specialties such as sea grapes, peanut tofu, goya champuru and tender and tasty baked, stewed pigs feet. Flavorful and hearty soba noodles in a savory broth are a perfect way to finish off the meal. There is a wide selection of beverages to pair perfectly with the food, including Orion beer, awamori (mixed with shikuwasa citrus juice) a wide range of sake, as well as Champagne and wine.
