Bouchon D’Or with its Provencal Southern France cuisine is a homey Bouchon situated right in the heart of Ginza. After living in Southern France for 5 years, chef Azuma returned to share his adopted home’s cuisine with Japan. Recommended dishes include: Foie Gras et Pommes en Terrine (¥1,980 yen), homemade sausages (¥1,280 ) and the mushroom sauce Omelette du Chasseur (¥980). Two courses are: the Menu d’Hivers (¥6,500), and the Chef’s Omakase (¥8,000). Desserts such as Tarte au Plarine (¥800), Gateau au Fromage (¥800), or a dessert sampler (¥1,500) are a perfect end to the meal. A side selection of French wines, Clicquot Champagnes, French beer, cocktails and soft drinks are also available. Two party menu options (¥3,800〜) including a seasonal salad, hors d’oeuvres, desserts and more are on offer. An additional ¥2,000 for all-you-can-drink.
