Restaurant Ryuzu specializes in French cuisine using carefully chosen and seasonally inspired ingredients from Japan and France. Crafted using French cooking techniques, your palate will simply be tantalized by the original creations of the executive chef, Ryuta Iizuka. The name Ryuzu comes from the Japanese word for a watch crown, the small nob on the side of watches that is used to stop and reset time. This is what Restaurant Ryuzu is all about; offering carefully timed cooking and giving you the pleasure of stopping time for a while to enjoy the delicious dishes in a chic, comfortable atmosphere that offers counter seating where you can watch the chefs at work. Thanks to the smart, friendly wait staff and sommelier, you will surely enjoy your dining experience at Restaurant Ryuzu. Specialties include the shiitake mushroom tart, lobster served with a lobster essence sauce and sautéed abalone with fresh seasonal vegetables. Lunch courses are ¥3,600 - ¥5,800, with a chef’s special recommendation for ¥8,400. Dinner courses are priced between ¥8,400 and ¥12,600 with the chef’s special recommendation for ¥17,800. A la carte selections are available in the counter seating area of the restaurant. Two private rooms for 4 - 6 people are available. With great wine, atmosphere and food, Restaurant Ryuzu will satisfy the most discerning diners.
