Le Beurre Noisette Tokyo

At the Neo Bistro restaurant Le Beurre Noisette Tokyo, diners can fully enjoy in a casual setting authentic fine French cuisine and tastes of their main branch, which was founded by chef Thierry Blanqui in Paris in 2001. Thierry's cuisine is highly praised by diners all over the world.
Made with fresh seasonal ingredients, Thierry creates menus to suit the season; lobster in the spring, sea bass in the summer, game in the fall and duck and truffles in the winter. Le Beurre Noisette is careful not to mask the natural flavors of the ingredients, preparing them in simply in the most-suitable ways. The restaurant changes the menu daily, offering seasonal dishes with an a la carte menu featuring six appetizers, five mains and six desserts.
