キーポイント:Made with fresh seasonal ingredients, Thierry creates menus to suit the season; lobster in the spring, sea bass in the summer, game in the fall and duck and truffles in the winter. Le Beurre Noisette is careful not to mask the natural flavors of the ingredients, preparing them in simply in the most-suitable ways. The restaurant changes the menu daily, offering seasonal dishes with an a la carte menu featuring six appetizers, five mains and six desserts.
