Even those who have little sake experience knowledge will be comfortable with the detailed information provided. Staff can offer the best sake to suit diners’ tastes and serve up the perfectly warmed sake.

Two courses are available with reservations and seasonal course (¥6,600) is ideal for repeat customers. The soupe de poisson risotto (¥2,090) is extremely popular, as is the shrimp kadaif with sake lees and fermented cream (¥1,100) and the soft-boiled egg with truffles (¥1,650).
