Chef Armand Arnal began at a Michelin-starred Paris eatery before moving to New York to work with Alain Ducasse before returning to France to start his own restaurant. In 2009, he was awarded a Michelin star and has maintained it ever since. Arnal prides himself on flavorful French dishes centering on fresh, seasonal vegetables prepared with as little oil as possible.
