Recommended dishes include the mousse of foie gras with merlot wine salt (¥900), 8 kinds of original paellas (¥1,850~) prepared by chef Yoneda such as the succulent squid ink paella and the zarzuela (Spanish bouillabaisse) at market price. Courses include the six-dish with two hours all-you-can-drink at ¥6,000 and the chef’s recommendation 7-dish Modern Spanish course (¥8,000) featuring items such as assorted prosciutto, their specialty the mousse of foie gras, seafood, meat, paella and dessert.
