Concept :

Lubina is a contemporary Spanish restaurant with a modern-classic atmosphere combining unique and traditional tastes and specializing for seafood & tapas. “Lubina” means “sea bass” in Spanish, a popular fish widely eaten in Spain. Lubina offers Spanish cuisine inspired by Mediterranean ingredients and flavors and diners can enjoy the food paring with a wide range of drinks, including Spanish wine from various region of Spain, CAVA, cider, original craft cocktails, new world wines and craft beers.

With an interior decorated with tasteful paintings, furnishing and tableware, guests can enjoy the beautifully made cocktails while taking in the soft music; everything in the restaurant creates a very sophisticated ambience as if visiting a stylish overseas hotel. Must-try items are Lubina’s original craft cocktails. All syrups used for cocktails are homemade and almost 20 kinds of syrup are always ready at the bar counter. Dinners can enjoy variety of cocktails including “Pepper,” a sparkling wine-based cocktail with fresh fragrance of lemon and cucumber that goes well with meals, as well as the unique cocktails called “Pistachio” and “Nori.”

Recommended Dishes :

Among Lubina’s signature dishes, are the 8 kinds of paella that are available from ¥1,300 for 1 person for lunch and from ¥2,300 for 2~4 people for dinner. There are 20 kinds of tapas (¥500~) and pinchos (¥450~), including plenty of seafood items such as salmon tartar (¥500), sea urchin pudding (¥550), marinated horse mackerel pinchos, sautéed sea bass (¥1,500) and squid ink paella (¥2,400). Gazpacho of the season (¥450) is also highly recommended.
